Hotel Heritage House

Nice motel. Nice rooms with all the facilities needed + comfortable bed. It was quiet . Easy walk to Whisky Row and restaurants . Lady who "greeted " us, wasn't the happiest. We would stay again..

Room was clean and comfortable. Service was friendly when you arrive. Location was near the downtown old western night life; very popular with the locals. They are strict about check-in time. Some street noise from the cars leaving the seen on the weekends, so get a room furthest away from the main drag. Needed a splash more complementary coffee and sugar for the morning blah.

I loved this Motel! I understand it's been remodeled & done So cute with the deep colors.... Owner was so nice & accommodating. I hope to stay here again as it's right downtown & so conveniently located to everything within minutes. The price is perfect for my budget!! Thank you Heritage!

Had a mix up on a booking and Heritage House went above and beyond to correct that for me. The room was very clean and well stocked. I stayed 4 nights. Yes you can hear traffic, occasionally the sirens, but location rules.

this is an amazing place to stay!! the hospitality is the best you will get!! Needed to stay one extra day and the were closed but let us stay anyway! very clean and beds are nice. only downfall is the traffic outside but didn't bother us! we would stay here again!! love the owners!!!

We were pleasantly surprised at what a GREAT place this was!!! Room was clean and spacious. Owner checked us in and changed us to a ground floor room so we didn’t have to climb stairs. Very quiet, clean and plenty of ice available. We were surprised to have housekeeping The next day, came back to a nice clean room. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Quaint little motel with beautiful scenery and plants surrounding. You can instantly tell the owners take pride in their little motel as even the lampshades are kept dusted. I don't see that often in the hotels I've been to in general. Decent shower head sprayer with adjustment available. Nice air wick lavender scent I loved the moment you enter the room (a little strong for my friend but they still found it nice) The owner also gave us a couple fresh extra towels and soaps/ shampoo that I enjoyed the quality of. Seeing as we showed up for an event, with my friend's face already very painted and ready for the event, that was comforting for later. There's a park across the street that was great for the kids the following morning too. Overall would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

The lady at the desk was very kind and even recommended a great restaurant nearby when I asked. It turned out to be a wonderful place to eat with a super all-you-can-eat salad and taco bar! Now back to the room. It was spotless and newly remodeled. Everything was beautiful! Even the tiled bathroom floor was warm to walk on. It must have been heated under the floor. It was as nice as staying at a top-rated popular motel! The beds were soft and very comfortable - as were the pillows too. It was close to downtown where there was an art festival on the courthouse grounds. We got a great night's sleep! I wish we could find such a wonderful room in every town we stopped at for the same very reasonable price! We stayed at 11 different motels on our vacation and this is the only one I took time to leave a review for because I was so impressed! I wished I would have taken pictures of the inside of the room, but by the time I thought of it, we had the beds messed up and our luggage unpacked. So just took pics of the outside so we could remember where to stay next time we are in Prescott, AZ.
